Description Evergreen, usually multi-trunked shrub or small tree a few feet tall to usually 10 to 15 feet; dense, dark green, glossy compound leaves with 7 to 9 leaflets rounded on the ends; bluish lavender flowers, in 3 to 7 in. drooping clusters, very showy and fragrant.
